Last year was an exciting and inspiring year for Manner. We spent a lot of time developing our products, range, and operations, as well as our staff’s well-being.
In recent years, we have invested in development in collaboration with our customers. It’s been very satisfying to see how we’ve been able to solve our customers’ problems and improve their processes, while they’ve helped us improve our products and operations. A good example of the collaboration is the Twist castor that we launched last year. Our customers tested the castor during the product development process and provided ideas for further development to ensure the product meets the most stringent requirements and user needs.
The year 2020 will be special for Manner in many ways, as the company will celebrate 130 years in business this autumn. Without customer orientation and adaptability, we would not have come this far, so these features will be the focus of our business also in the future.
We promise to continue developing our products this year. We’ll launch new sizes of the Twist twin wheel castor, develop our customer processes together with our customers, and implement the development projects we planned last year in this year’s production.
